No. 04 (11) December 31, 2025
This issue discusses leaving not as a failure, but as a developmental process, an initiation, and a moment of transition, viewed from multiple perspectives: coaching, psychology, systemic work, and well-being.
Karolina Borowska brings a cultural perspective, describing the Pura Vida philosophy as a practical model of well-being, balance, and a gentler approach to work and life, contrasting with a culture of constant tension.
Piotr Janulek presents leaving an organization as a developmental journey, in which various attitudes can be distinguished and a clear distinction can be made between change (external, operational) and transformation (internal, identity). The author also debunks the myth of a "nice atmosphere" as a substitute for real psychological safety and proposes a broad synthesis of approaches to consciousness, combining scientific and transformational perspectives.
Magdalena Bosowska brings a Jungian and archetypal perspective, viewing leaving a job as an initiation—a painful but developmentally necessary transition. She highlights the psychological cost of professional separations and the importance of consciously preparing for endings, which can significantly reduce this cost.
Ula Habersack focuses on the liminal space – the state of "no longer – not yet," which, although uncomfortable, constitutes a key moment of transformation and restructuring of meaning.
Iwona Szczepanek emphasizes the role of emotions accompanying endings: regret, anger, relief, and fear. She demonstrates that acknowledging and experiencing them is a prerequisite for closure and moving forward without "emotional backlogs."
